These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access, registration, enquiry, engagement, and use of services provided by Solargram (“Company” / “Solargram” / “We” / “Us” / “Our”) through https://solargram.in/ and through offline or digital channels.

By accessing the Website or engaging Solargram’s services, the User agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Consent to Contact & Data Processing

By registering or submitting personal details, the User provides free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent to the collection and processing of personal data for lawful purposes related to Solargram’s solar EPC services.

The User authorizes Solargram to communicate via:

Phone Call
SMS
WhatsApp
Email

For purposes including service coordination, quotations, subsidy documentation, installation scheduling, warranty communication, and promotional communication (where consented).

Such communication shall constitute valid consent-based communication under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable telecom regulations.

Even if the User’s number is registered under the DND/DNC/NCPR registry, the User expressly authorises Solargram to communicate for the above purposes.

Consent may be withdrawn by writing to info@solargram.in. Withdrawal shall not affect prior lawful processing.

2. Advance Payment & Refund Policy

Any advance or booking amount paid shall be strictly non-refundable.

The advance payment is appropriated towards:

Site survey and feasibility analysis
Engineering design and planning
Procurement scheduling
Regulatory and subsidy documentation

No refund shall be issued upon the User's cancellation. Exceptions, if any, are solely at Solargram’s discretion.

3. Project Execution Timeline

The estimated completion timeline ranges from 45 to 90 days, subject to regulatory approvals and site readiness.

Solargram shall not be liable for delays caused by:

DISCOM approvals
Government subsidy processes
Regulatory changes
Natural calamities
Supply chain disruptions
Customer-side delays

Extension of timeline due to circumstances beyond reasonable control shall not constitute breach of contract.

4. Force Majeure

Solargram shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including Acts of God, floods, earthquakes, war, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, regulatory changes, or supply chain breakdown.

Obligations shall remain suspended during continuation of such events.

5. Limitation of Liability

Solargram’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific project.

Solargram shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of profit or revenue
Business interruption
Loss due to grid failure or voltage fluctuation
Delays caused by third-party authorities

No claim shall be valid unless made in writing within 30 days of occurrence.

6. Indemnity

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Solargram, its directors, employees, and affiliates against any claims or losses arising from breach of Terms, incorrect information, legal non-compliance, unauthorized modification, or misuse of services.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, trademarks, designs, and materials are the exclusive property of Solargram. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Data Protection & Compliance

Solargram processes personal data in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are implemented to protect personal data.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Gondia, Maharashtra.
